Lauren Casiello is a problem solver. And that’s what she loves most about market research: the feeling you get when you can solve a problem or provide a great insight that will affect people’s lives for the better. Lauren pursues new opportunities and manages client relationships for IOI, from proposal to timeline to logistics, ensuring client satisfaction at the end of the project.
Lauren joined InsideOut Insights at the end of 2024. She is excited to work on expanding IOI’s footprint with current and new clients. She brings a background in life sciences and health care, having worked as a registered dietitian, pharmaceutical sales representative, and clinical researcher. Her most recent role was as a senior project manager in pharmaceutical market research. She and her husband are small business owners with a forward-thinking attitude: “This is great—and what’s next?”
She and her husband live in Doylestown, Pennsylvania, with their four cats. (She also likes dogs, but the cats won’t let her get one.) They are empty nesters, with two kids in college. Lauren likes to work out, dance, do cross-stitch, stay up late, watch Phillies and Eagles games, and travel to places like Jamaica and Greece. In addition to faraway destinations, she loves going to the Jersey shore with her friends, “because that means everybody’s there together.”
Her favorite movie is Dirty Dancing, her favorite TV show is Ted Lasso, and her favorite book is The Guernsey Literary and Potato Peel Pie Society. Popcorn is her favorite snack, and her favorite word is “ubiquitous.”
