Field Manager
Katie McKearan uses her creativity and customer service experience to make sure our clients and respondents have a seamless experience throughout the research process. She loves tackling big projects, and watching everything fall into place.
As a field manager, Katie assists in the development of screeners, oversees the recruiting process, manages facility preparations for in-person projects, provides support for online projects, and maintains the distribution of deliverables to clients.
Katie joined IOI in 2022 and has enjoyed learning the ins and outs of the marketing research industry while continuously expanding her knowledge base. She earned a Family Science degree at Texas Women’s University and worked as a community educator for Texas A&M–Extension Service for five years before taking time to be a stay-at-home mom.
Originally from Louisiana, Katie now lives in Texas with her husband, four children, one dogs (a black lab mix), and two cat. She stays active in her local community and her children’s activities. In her free time, she enjoys pool days, good food (especially red beans and rice), and family movie nights.
