Online Communities

  • What they are:  An online community functions like a bulletin board, but gives you access to more respondents over a much longer period of time. Our communities typically consist of 100 to 150 people, and last for one to three months, with the ability to extend on demand. Our full-service approach includes all the research services necessary to plan and run effective communities, along with a single platform accessible from any computer, tablet, or smartphone.
  • Our approach: IOI recommends communities when you want to track how consumers’ attitudes about a product or service evolve over time. Though we have a single community platform to capture ongoing dialogue, we also believe in launching deeper-dive initiatives through advanced community features, including webcam groups and concept markup tools.
